Emotional, social, and academic growth are the main focuses of the Stonestown Family YMCA’s 11 Before and After School Enrichment Programs, which provide care for youth from the time school’s out until at least 6:00pm, supporting families who work. We believe that all youth deserve a safe space to be themselves and continue their learning from the school day, and to explore creative means of self-expression and leadership skills. Our programs allow more than 1,700 youth daily in the Sunset, OMI, and West of Twin Peaks neighborhoods to learn, grow and thrive!

Each of our programs provide daily academic support/tutoring, physical activity, and a variety of enrichment activities, such as STEM activities, garden education, recycled art, service learning, cooking workshops, and more! Our programs have a limited number of highly subsidized spots, while others require a fee. We raise funds to support the quality of our programs and to provide scholarships to families in need.
