After retiring from a long career of working with children and families, I became a professional doula. I wanted to work with birthing persons during this sacred time of their lives. I wanted to bring sacred holistic services to them, youth, and communities by partnering with them as they learn more about holistic wellness, the importance of preventive women's health care, maternal health justice, equity and advocacy, and breastfeeding.
