HaoExpression is a School of Ballet and a School of Expression.

The School of Expression was founded by Hao Bach-Thai Lueckhoff in 2014 with the endeavor to create a platform for children and adults to express themselves authentically, confidently and artistically. Combining Tamalpa Life-Art Process, dance and meditation, Hao teaches Movement-based Acting, culminating in signature Opera Dance Theatre performances that moved many (The Little Prince, The Trojan Horse, The Magic Flute, Les Miserables).

The School of Ballet, formerly known as L'Ecole de Danse was established in 1987 by Christine Montessuit-Morgan. Christine became terminally ill in 2016 and gradually transferred the studio and school to Hao. Maykel Solas directed the school leading to a successful performance of Coppelia Suite. After Maykel moved away Rudy Candia became Artistic Director in August 2017 and is directing our first Nutcracker Suite performance. The School of Ballet offers a full curriculum for children, teens, and adults of all levels and abundance performance opportunities.
