Mr. SHAP is a San Francisco Bay Area balloon artist extraordinare and performs at events for both children and adults. Mr. SHAP is a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians and the Society of American Magicians and as a magician can add some "oohs and ahhs" to your event as well.
